We are standing at the edge of a decade that will reshape how human beings earn a living. Automation, artificial intelligence, and robotics will do what they have always done — replace the repeatable. What they cannot replace is goodness. They cannot replace the person who shows up every week without being asked, who gives without calculating the return, who serves without a title or a platform or an audience. That person has always existed. We have simply never built an economy that sees them.

This is an attempt to start.

Not just to find and reward Sevadars — though that is the work — but to demonstrate that a different kind of organization is possible. One where the people who fund it, and the people who benefit from it, are trusted with the full picture. Revenue. Expenses. What is held back to invest in the mission. And yes — what the founder takes home.

Once a year, every person who has contributed to this platform or received from it becomes a voice in that last question. Not because it is legally required. Because it is right. Because the same transparency we ask of the world around us must begin here, in this small organization, with this one number.

Automation will force a reckoning. The question is not whether the economic framework changes — it is whether we shape that change or simply endure it. Infinite Ripple is one small proof of concept: that goodness has economic value. That character is worth rewarding. That across every nation, religion, and cultural identity, there is something we all share — a brief, luminous turn on this planet — and how we treat each other during that time is the only thing that truly compounds.

This is also personal. I am building this for my children — not to prepare them for the world as it is, but to show them it is possible to help shape what it becomes.
